Breaking Down Barriers: Developing a More Inclusive Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

Wednesday, November 10, 2021 @ 11:00 am 12:00 pm

Inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems don’t come naturally. As barriers based on race and gender persist and impacts of COVID-19 unfold, creating a united front of support is more important than ever. If you’re leading entrepreneurial programs, initiatives or partnerships, this is the session for you. The panel hosted by Lourdes Ramboa, Entrepreneurship Program Chair at Tarrant County College, 2020 recipients of TCC’s Everyday Entrepreneur Venture Fund (EEVF) and representatives from Startup Space, a community entrepreneurship platform, a small business founded by David Ponraj, CEO & (immigrant).

This session is for all stakeholders of Fort Worth GEW who are interested or invested in breaking down the barriers to entrepreneurship. The target audience include: corporate stakeholders and local entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship program managers, nonprofit leaders, service providers, mentors and volunteers, accelerators and incubators, economic developers, the entrepreneurial curious and the champion.
